Our Promise
Young Mind Big Biz Hub is built for kids ages 5–14. We take children's privacy seriously and follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws. We collect as little information as possible and never sell kids' data.
Information We Collect
Account info such as first name or nickname, age range, parent/guardian email (for users under 13), and a password. Learning activity such as courses completed, game scores, business ideas saved, and pitches submitted. Technical info such as device type, browser, and basic analytics to keep the site working safely.
Parental Consent (Under 13)
Children under 13 must have a parent or guardian provide consent and a valid email address before creating a full account. Parents can review their child's information, request changes, or delete the account at any time by contacting support@youngmindbigbiz.com.
How We Use Information
To run the platform, save progress, personalize learning, generate AI business ideas, award badges, and communicate with parents. We do NOT use kids' data for behavioral advertising.
How We Share Information
We share data only with trusted service providers needed to run the site (hosting, payments via Stripe, email delivery, AI processing). These providers are bound by confidentiality and may not use kids' data for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and Row Level Security so each user can only access their own data. No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep your family safe.
Your Rights
You can view, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@youngmindbigbiz.com. Parents have the same rights for their child's account.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you logged in and to remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes to This Policy
If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and notify parents by email when required.
