Welcome to Young Mind Big Biz Hub ("YMBB", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Use, which incorporate Apple's Standard EULA for apps distributed through the App Store.

1. Who can use YMBB

YMBB is designed for children ages 5–14. Children under 13 must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent and a parent email on the account. Parents may review, modify, or request deletion of their child's information at any time from the Settings page or by emailing support@youngmindbigbizhub.com.

2. Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, progress, game scores, and saved business plans.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringes another person's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. We do not allow any form of objectionable content or abusive behavior between users.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid features are billed through the platform you signed up on. Refund requests follow our published refund policy. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed in your Apple ID settings.

5. Intellectual property

All YMBB content, lessons, games, and branding are owned by YMBB. You may use them for your own learning and may not redistribute or resell them.
